I set out to craft as many decks as possible using my collection (3x cores, 1x of everything else excluding the 2p starter set, and including the ALeP deluxe) and managed to make 18 total decks before I ran out of sleeves and storage space for them. This is one of those decks. My intent with these decks was to be able to grab two of them at a time and play either 2p or two-handed, so some are very much not solo viable.

Much like my above Gondor swarm and Rohan Discard decks, this was very much inspired by one of my playtesting decks for ALeP. I actually think I prefer Eomer as the hero in these decks, but Dunhere was a bit easier to get off the ground without needing to take up a couple of my remaining Stewards. The One Ring could have probably been put to better use in a number of decks, but I'm not super fond of Forth, the Three Hunters in general, so I do very much like to use it here to help get the contract flipped.
