LordElrond 115

LordElrond has a newer deck inspired by this one: Power tree-oh

Being on version 9.3 now I think it’s clear I’ve put a lot of time, testing, and changes into this deck. It really performs well. Give it a try and let me know what you think. I’d say it’s a Vilya deck but this deck does great even if you don’t end up seeing that card. It’s all around utility deck. It quests great, heals great, handles combat all in one.

would replace Lórien Guide with Rhovanion Outrider and add a Cloak of Lórien.

like the Forest Snare, so even if you do not drawa Elrond's Counsel 1. round, you can manage the/a troll
