Third in a series of decks.
Mulligan for resourceful and Thorongil as early as possible. Use Spirit Merry for the first few turns to drop your threat and once you get tactics Mery out, use him to keep you engaged with exactly one enemy. Drop your threat from time to time as necessary, especially if you can get a fast hitch on Merry. Use Tom and his allies at the beginning before you can get that fast hitch out.
