This is a multiplayer deck that really wants the other player(s) to give it card draw mid to late game. Also some spare Lore resources for Sulien's ability is quite handy.
Steward could go on Sulien to if Northern Trackers show up early on, but otherwise Amarthuil works better to play Bowmen and Guardians. Also let's him loan out Dúnedain Signal and Dúnedain Warning as needed.
