A deck that is purpose built to beat Intruders in Chetwood solo, using only cards released until the Angmar Awakened cycle, no saga cards and one Core set.

The deck has met my goal of winning the scenario three times in a row. That was more difficult than expected, the scenario is harder solo than its official rating. The wins were often close calls.

I tried some different Spirit-Tactics hero configs before settling on this Tried and Tested Trio. You really want to be able to defend against the Orc Warband that starts in staging from the get-go, and Beregond can do that with his usual kit. Behind Strong Walls is so good to have when enemies can attack from staging. Fair and Perilous was a nice addition to Glorfindel's kit from Angmar Awakened. It's the only card I used from that cycle here.

For once I used the fragile Outlands allies, as there are no cards in the encounter deck that do damage to allies.
