My spin on the Twins puts Elladan amongst the Rohirrim. (His brother chills with other Leadership dudes in a paired deck here: )
Nothing too clever in this one... Arwen is, of course, phenomenal for Twins decks, and the nice thing about Théoden is that he mitigates any competing demand for her resource-granting. Elven-light is also especially sweet here, since Théoden Rohan decks often end up with a bunch of resources and nothing to spend them on.
