Intended for playing The Black Riders and specifically Three's Company.
Build around eagles and hobbits, the principle was to avoid characters, artefacts and titles that could not conceivably come into this part of the story. Obviously this should take Gandalf out too, being somewhat engaged in Orthanc at this point, but I am making an exception as it is hard to win without at least one intervention by ally Gandalf, and because his interventions are fleeting.
Try to beef up the hobbits defences before leaving Bag End. If you can get Elf Stone on Bag End then use it to put a high cost ally into play early. With Support of the Eagles and Dagger of Westernesse on Merry, he can take out a Black Rider in one attack.
