This deck is to be paired with my Elrond and his Friends deck. In testing Ill be seeing whether Balin's ability and defensive capacity is enough to justify his inclusion. Ill also be looking to work out what a good starting hand will look like, outside of the obvious "get Steward of Gondor ASAP".
