Lord Toby has a newer deck inspired by this one: Unlikely Lads
A Rohan-themed deck drawn from a pool up to Heirs of Numenor, as well as the first two LOTR Saga boxes. Built specifically for Helm's Deep, I won 3/6 times, the final time without taking the Stage 1 bonus. I tried various Lore heroes in Bilbo's place here, but the extra card draw and lowered threat of Bilbo Baggins was hard to beat.
