Step 1: Pump up Rosie's willpower Step 2: Quest with Rosie and Frodo Step 3: Use Frodo's Ability to unexhaust Rosie Step 4: Use Rosie's ability to then pump up Frodo's willpower Step 5: Profit
All Willpower bonus' are effectively doubled, making them highly efficient for their actual cost. Later in the game once Rosie has an unexhaust attachment you can target Rosie with her ability.
Turn 1: before anything is played you have 6 questing power, and if you go and get Power of Command with The One Ring's set up ability that number goes from 6 to 9.

May 05, 2022Good idea, as the Leaf Brooch is too situational so it was getting cut anyway. I will give the Ring of Barahir a try. Frodo is the one who usually gets the Magic Ring, and the Red Book. That would be +4 hp. I have found that defending isnt that big of a deal because Rosie can boost Frodo's defense to the moon, it is the direct damage "When Revealed" effects and archery. |

Cool deck. You could consider Ring of Barahir to make Frodo a better defender (or Galadriel a good outlet for undefended attacks).
