A deck for a four player game. It is designed to support the other players best it can.
Saruman's Staff or Word of Command (used to get Saruman's Staff) is what you are looking for in your opening hand. If you don't get either, Mulligan. The staff reducing the Doomed cards down by 2 makes them very powerful for the whole group of players. Use the staff every turn, either to reduce a card to draw a card.
Haldir of Lorien can use his ability to attack enemies in the staging area or engaged with other players. Very flexible.
Faramir (MotK) will exhaust every turn to improve the questing of another player with the most characters questing.
