Mulligan if you do not feel confident that you will be able to comfortably survive one attack in the first round.
This deck does the killing with help from Brand. Often times it is more important to stand Aragorn instead of Merry, so that you can engage enemies engaged with other players or from the staging area.
Also, this deck has the only sources of healing, so be careful with those.
I am not sold on Gondorian Spearman, but wouldn't know what to replace them with.
