This is my take on the Angmar Awakened Suggested Elves deck using cards I have in my collection. Elven Light is really important (go figure!). I play with my Favourite Things variant where each hero can choose an in-sphere attachment for the starting hand. they are:
-Light of Valinor
-Fast Hitch
-Ancient Mathom (helps find Elven Light ASAP).
Put more LoV and FH in if you want to play by the written rules. Played alongside the Dunedain deck it doeant really need a lot of combat, and it doesnt build to huge questing output like some mostly-spirit decks. But it goes alright.
