I didn't see yet a deck with the Last Alliance between Erestor & Hirluin. I think that can improve a little bit the famous deck "rapid charge of outlands" by 13nrv.
Thanks to the Last Alliance we can play our first outland free. With 10 cards turn 1 it's very important.
Thanks to to the sea, to the sea!, we can pay nice noldors allies for 1 or for 0. Noldors can be exhausted to grab more allies thanks to a very good tale. We can also pay outlands cheaper thanks to the last alliance.
With Arwen and Elven light we have a powerfull generator of ressources, we can draw a lot too.
The deck is made to go quickly on the scenarios because it does not cancel either shadow or treachery...
The best start is to have legacy of nùmenor & steward or good harvest to further improve ressources and pay all we want.
