I have a strong preference for building 2-handed Fellowships with some thematic or trait-based coherence to them. This is my take on a Gondor / Rohan Alliance. The Leadership deck swarms allies onto the board, and the Tactics/Spirit deck tries to do the same. In the opening hand I want to see allies alongside some form of acceleration (either Steward of Gondor or A Very Good Tale). Once either of those is out all the good things happen. The ally-heaviness of the deck makes it fairly utilitarian and easy to pilot. It's not very responsive and it can't control the encounter deck in any way. It's just brute force.
