I have a strong preference for building 2-handed Fellowships with some thematic or trait-based coherence to them. This is my take on a Gondor / Rohan Alliance. The Leadership deck swarms allies onto the board, and the Tactics/Spirit deck tries to do the same. Horn of the Mark is the card you NEED in your opening hand so you have some card draw. It goes on Theoden so any Rohan, Noble or Warrior allies that leave play add a card back to the hand. Horn of Gondor goes there too if you can find it, and since the primary defensive strategy between these two decks is chump-blocking, it tends to be well worth it. A Test of Will is the only cancellation between the two decks, so use it sparingly!
