Looks good! Do you often get to pay full cost for gandalf? It looks like you have some threat reduction and other card draw built in. Maybe swap him out for the Envoys for some cheap allies that let you move resources to Eowyn if you need?

Yeah, great point. Honestly, Gandalf is just there for lack of other useful allies, and is only really played mid or late game when you don't have much else to spend money on. I think Envoy is exactly the sub that should be made though as you say.
