Which title do you choose for Aragorn's "Setup:" effect?

Are Arwen and Gandalf the only cards that could be discarded for A Fair Exchange's "Action:"?

Still play Testing.

Fair Exchange is coming out. I have tried a couple of titles so far, Estel produces great card rotation to look for the cards you need, but renewer allows you to play Lore right away so if you can get Master of the Forge down quickly.

Still needs some work and refinement.
