The idea here is to use ranged allies with bows to kill enermies engaged with another player. Mirkwood runner with rivendell bow and bow of the galadhrim is a killer. So is Rumil and Legoilas with rivendell blades even more. So pierce your enermies with arrows while the heroes quest. Sideboard is mostly for healing and some card draw.
