With my local group we plan to run some 3-man campaings.
This is my initial deck, trying to be more a support/jack-of-all-trades deck.
I keep Legolas and the Tactic cards on the sideboard in case some scenario needs more combat; the idea is to swap Haldir for Legolas and most of the cost 3 and 2 Lore cards for Tactic cards, I expect to play the rest of Lore cards thanks to Nenya and Song of Wisdom.
