I play a lot of solo, so one goal I have taken up for myself is to construct thematically appropriate solo decks for the saga quests, aiming at using one deck for each box. So this is a (sort of) thematic solo deck made for the Black Rider saga box. I did manage to get Frodo safely to Rivendell with it. This deck has the most trouble with "A Knife in the Dark", due to its sparse allies, so one has to be extra careful for that particular scenario. The key is to never shuffle any Ringwraith into the encounter deck no matter what. Allow threat to climb to 38 before stage 3, get Bill Ferny and kill him if you can (if you can't that's fine), and use Loragorn's effect right before going to 3A to avoid engaging too many Nazgul nasties.
