Rohan themed deck for the Ring-maker cycle - has been successful through all 9 quests in support of 'The Voice of Rohan 1/2' deck.
- Built around the synergy of using Lothiriel's ability to both power up Eomer and to quest with an ally without paying and taking advantage of their enter play/discard abilities - Eomund and Escort from Edoras can be especially powerful.
- Maintain a supply of allies for Lothiriel's ability through Horn of the Mark and Guthwine, although Grimbold and West Road Traveller are more beneficial to be played from your hand otherwise their abilities can't be activated.
- Deorwine will be your main defender, especially if you can get Song of Kings in to play for shadow cancellation, although you will still want to chump-block with cheaper allies when necessary.
- This deck otherwise acts as a toolkit in support of the main deck to cover its gaps such as encounter card cancellation, location control and condition removal.
Sideboard is primarily to deal with The Nîn-in-Eilph quest which has proven to be particularly problematic with its combination of ally/attachment hate, tough enemies that really need killing promptly and the risk of threating out, especially as Secret Vigil is pretty redundant in this quest.
