Use Beravor to draw cards immediately. Vilya, Light of Valinor, and Stargazer are the most important. Unexpected Courage on Elrond then Beravor is also good.
Goal is to arrange your deck with Stargazer, then use Vilya to put the top card into play.
Miner of Iron Hill is to remove Local Trouble From Elrond.
Elrond gets pretty much all the attachments on him, if possible.
"Progression" because we sometimes use cards from Dwarves of Durin and Elves of Lorien.
