Sorry you can't use that Hero! I am using him(and Arwen) in my deck!
Barring most Dwarves(which I avoided except Gimli and Dori) this deck overlaps with every hero that also has an ally version. Doubles as a Gandalf guy deck. So please bring this to the next Fellowship event near you!
If you don't get Vilya well, you are probably going to have a bad time. On the plus side pretty much everything is Vilya worthy except Vilya, and Wizards pipe, but Gandalf already knows.
