half of the cards are 2 cost so for zigil miner ability to trigger always pick 2. non 2 card costs are als easy to play like the latest dwarf erebor guard. i included 2 wardens because of the 2 point cost. Probably you can increase the 2 point costs of the cards by including one more warden or hardy leadership.
Will of the west only put 2 of those in, since you will only play it once during a scenario, and if discarded you can always get it back with the prospectors.
