Here is a deck that represents the tactics power that Rohan can bring to the tables these days. It is not very hard to play and should be enoyable even for newer players (provided they have a large cardpool). If you play Multiplayer, try to bully your friends into including Snowmane in their decks. It works without the horse of Théoden King, but a little bit of non-restricted readying has never hurt anyone.
