mtngrown has a newer deck inspired by this one: Basic Outlands
Progression Outlands deck to Steward's, almost a minimum purchase deck. This deck has beaten The Steward's Fear, but is prone to location lock in the early game. Northern Tracker might be a good substitute for Daeron's Runes and Parting Gifts to make it a true minimum purchase.
Per the usual Outlands, get as many on the table as fast as possible, with Beravor drawing every round after the first. Steward of Gondor on Hirluin, mulligan for it, you will need it. Hopefully you won't need Men of the West.
