A support combat deck. We put Beregond, arguably the best defender in the game, and Legolas, one of the top attackers with that ability to put progress tokens directly. Denethor helps to setup things faster.
The main idea is to buff attack & defense through non-restricted attachments like Dúnedain Marks and Warnings, Captain of Gondor, Rivendell Bow, etc. and leave the restricted slots for attachments that give action advantage (Armored Destrier, Rohan Warhorse). If possible, try to save the Bow of the Galadhrim for the silvan allies.
Not much else to add... if no one is using Steward, this deck should definitely add that card. This deck is pure combat, and it excels in that area. Enjoy!
