Grab your horses, fellow warriors! This deck is all about Elfhelm and mounts, obviously.
The big thing is to dig either for Horn of the Mark or Windfola to get out of the initial questing slump. After that, look for an Armored Destrier, Dunedain Warning, or Firefoot/Rohan Warhorse. War Axe goes on Eomer if you need to kill a big boss instead of a bunch of little guys.
After that, it's just play cards when you can. I like to play Westfold Lancer and Deorwine from hand so they can stick around for combat, but the rest are generally put in via Lothiriel to trigger their effects and get the card from the Horn.
This deck does tend to run about 10 cards too heavy, but I like having more cards due to Lothiriel and the card draw.
