A Riders of Rohan Deck that is actually Riders of Rohan. King Theoden, Prince Eomer, Eowyn, and their noble steeds! Hopefully it will play well. Horn of the Mark and Ancient Mathom (and Gandalf possibly) will get some card draw, and Foe-hammer and the Horse Breeder should get some psudeo card draw. If you can get Gamling in early, you can keep alot of the discarded allies you are sure to have, and Theoden will get them in cheap combined with Eowyn's Spirit resources.
