This deck isn't ideal because of the lack of Harad allies at the moment. After the Haradrim cycle when we hopefully will have a lot of Harad allies, the deck should be better.
Game Notes:
Steward goes on Elrond
Don't be afraid to use Kahliel's second ability if you have multiple Harad allies in your hand.
One combo to look out for is sneak attack gildor, use gildor to put one of the Harad allies on top of your deck, and then vilya it into play.
You may be surprised to only see 2 test of will. This is because firyal is a replacement if you can get her out.
Although you have a lot of uniques, protector of lorien and kahliel can help you get rid of them. However since you are running master of the forge, you don't need to run 3 protectors.
Unexpected courage goes on Elrond as well. This allows him to either defend and vilya, or quest and defend.
The first few turns are the most dangerous, so make sure you get a quickish hand.
Forest snare is there only to deal with giant enemies that chump blocking isn't great with. Looking at you hill troll and cave troll.
