Playing around with mono-tactics and the new Wait No Longer card. Hama allows for cycling of whatever event is most needed. Mablung provides the little extra resource generation to pay for it all. Between Foe Hammer and Legolas ally, you can have more cards than you can play. It even quests reasonably well at need, with numerous 2-willpower allies.
The deck should also be solid in multiplayer. The numerous ranged characters, sentinel defenders, feints, and Thicket of Spears events being helpful for the entire table.
Possible deck changes: swap Skinbark for another sentinel defender, and maybe leave out the Secret Vigils in 1-2 player games. This deck tends to kill enemies as fast as they appear. In games with healing decks, you can leave off the Gondorian Discipline, and let other players heal. Horn of Gondor wouldn't be a terrible card to bring even more resource generation.
