An attempt to make a Gondor/Rohan alliance deck (with a very limited card pool). Thematically fun but probably not very strong
Get Eomer to attack for a possible 9. Use quick strike to eliminate an enemy early and hope to spread damage to a 2nd enemy.
Use Lothiriel to quest, drop in an Envoy for extra resource, Escort for extra willpower, Lancer for willpower AND extra damage.
Try to benefit from Mablung's ability to engage enemies and generate resource. This makes Wait No Longer essential one cost less.
Oath of Eorl is a terribly expensive card, and as such not very playable; Quick Strike + Eomer already sort of do the same for less.
