I tried to build a monosphere spirit deck with cards from the Revised Content pool and expansions up to this scenario. Starting out can be a bit difficult; just try to keep your threat below 25 (or 17 if you are able, that is the lowest engagement cost of any enemy in the encounter deck). I would try to mulligan for Song of Battle to be able to pay for tactics cards like Vassal of the Windlord and Spear of the Mark. Once you have your spears, major allies, and low threat, you shouldn't have much of a problem beating the quest.
