This is one part of a fellowship to play with two players against the Lost Realm deluxe expansion and with one core set. Steward of Gondor is best upon Beravor but will also work on either Leadership hero. Use Snowbourn Scout with Expert Tracker to get progress on locations. Use Forest Snare to keep an enemy engaged with you and Hlbarand can quest without exhausting. Sneak Attacks are for Gandalf mostly, but can also be handy for Longboard Orc Slayer. The Celebrian Stone belongs on Thalin in the other deck. Athelas can be used to heal up Gloin after he takes damage to generate action counters.
