The White Wizard 544
The White Wizard has a newer deck inspired by this one: Heroes of the Third Age (And First And Second)
This deck is very simple to play. All of the attachments except for Light of Valinor go on Gandalf. Play down the allies when you get them, and win. You want to mulligan for a balanced hand with possibly some card draw. Other than that, there is not much to it. Have fun!
One thing I forgot to mention: Narya can go on either Cirdan or Gandalf, and who you put it on greatly depends on the situation. Usually Cirdan is good because of Light of Valinor, but it really does depend.
