Created for the r/lotrlcg Flee from Bree challenge. It's actually the first time I've ever created a deck from scratch. I've always just used decks I've found on RingsDB. To challenge myself, I did not include Gandalf, but I left Sneak Attack in for tossing in Elrond for a phase. I'm not sure if I included Tom Bombadil correctly. I put him in the sideboard. Should I have included him in the deck? I've never used a player encounter card before.
