Fun Outlands deck with Forlong. Very quick swarm deck but not boring because all of the choices the contract gives. Note that starting threat is 26.
Lord of Morthond is the priority, even above Steward of Gondor. Sword of Morthond is for your toughest Gondor ally, but is not really necessary and is just there for fun.
All of the Mono Leadership cards are here, and the deck scales well in multiplayer.
Use the contract on Hirluin to pay for Gondor allies, or an Outlands ally to buff Gondor allies.
Forlong is very good after you get out the full set of Outlands allies, prioritize that unless the quest you are on pushes you to quest hard.
I've beat most of Dreamchaser with this deck (did need a second deck for Temple of the Decieved) and it beats most of them pretty handily. I don't normally like Outlands but I built this deck for a friend to play and in the process of playtesting it I did enjoy it.
