Solo deck, relatively low threat for the amount of heroes with lots of questing, traveling and combat tools. It's built with both Eleanor and Frodo so you effectively get 2 ways to deal with effects revealed from the encounter deck which can be relatively horrible (especially in the black riders). In theory you'd quest with Frodo and always leave Eleanor available, so she can cancel the next card if the one ring is exhausted, or be used in the combat phase if needed for backup.
Will continue to play-test and edit.
Forgot to add the one ring for Frodo, but you get the point!
