The main point is getting Elladan and Elrohir with a lot of resources to ready multiple times. Steward and Warnings are for Elrohir, Rivendell Blade and Blade of Gondolin for Elladan. At the beginning of the game Cram are there for readying ability and also Miruvor from the paired deck.
