The premise of this deck for this particular scenario is simple. Stop Nazgûl attacks with Pippin's ability and lower the threat level with special cards. Frodo's life is better not used for anything. Likewise, cards from the Burden deck. Bring the scenario to the second stage as soon as possible, angage enemies but now only shuffle the cards from the Burden deck to prevent attacks (possibly in cooperation with the Feint card) and get rid of the enemies with the exploration of the Ford of Bruinen.
