Warden of Arnor 5911

A deck entirely focused on providing action advantage to heroes. While Gimli and Legolas provide additional bonuses if used to ready each other, they can ready any hero who is exhausted at the relevant moment. Meanwhile Sam has his own innate readying and 40% of the cards in the deck can provide heroes with additional actions one way or another. The Signal attachments tie into the concept by (at least in theory) ensuring that those extra actions will be worthwhile, giving the heroes you can be readying better stats, Ranged and Sentinel. Of course, if the heroes in play are already good for stats and keywords you can easily sub out some of those cards.

Was about to publish a Legolas/Gimli action advantage deck when I saw this on the front page! I guess I'll wait a couple days :)

What about Light of Valinor for Legolas? Cheaper than an Unexpected Courage.

Yeah, also keeping Legolas ready with Light of Valinor means you can't ready him with Gimli and get the boost. It's a valid option but I prioritised other things.
