Welcome to the first in a series of decks I've dubbed The Series of Spheres that show off every sphere combination! I'll be using only the cards I have access to (2 cores and the first two AP's), so they won't be optimal by any stretch of the imagination; but most of them are viable for solo play.
Mulligan for Steward of Gondor for Legolas. Hopefully you'll draw into Celebrian's Stone or Faramir soon, because the three WP from Aragorn and Theodred won't be winning quests for you, though Legolas should help in that regard. Eventually, you'll have some source of willpower and a bunch of combat allies out to win the quest. Throw in the sideboard for a bit more of combat-centric deck, taking out Legolas, a Faramir, a Beorn, and a Blade.
