Welcome to one in a series of decks I've dubbed The Series of Spheres that show off every sphere combination! I'll be using only the cards I have access to (2 cores and the first two AP's), so they won't be optimal by any stretch of the imagination; but most of them are viable for solo play.
Mulligan for the song and the Steward for Legolas. You can safely quest with Frodo as well as Eowyn if you feel the need. The general strategy should be pretty straight-forward for this one. Just try to win quickly and strongly.
