Amarthiul is your main defender gaining action advantage with the armored destriers. He could use the dunedain signal and the day´s rising combo, but that is also quite stretch. Maybe opt keeping them in the side deck.
Beravor can take use of her ability as soon as she gets either the leather boots or the steed of the north, before that she is mainly needed in questing.
Halbarad should be your main attacker and can be equipped with the weapons.
Halfling bounder is your possible way to tackle brutal treacheries or side deck them for additional dunedain allies.
