Yes, this is a giant deck. It's yuuge. It's specifically designed for card draw and scrying for a game which might get drawn out due to, say, all the location cards ending up at the bottom of the Encounter deck.

Scrying is critical in this deck, get that Henamarth out as early as possible as scry every turn. There is no treachery cancelation, but scrying can help disarm Treachery cards. It should be possible, within a few turns, to completely control the Staging Area.

Get Protector of Lorien, Self Preservation and Dunedain Quest on Haldir, he's almost as good as a hero, and with 3 copies, no worries if Ufthak takes one out.

You should be drawing 5 cards per turn as soon as possible, which is why it's loaded up with multiple copies. First play with this deck drew the whole deck. Protector of Lorien provides a way to get rid of all those spares once there are enough cards in play.

If you can snare Orc Horse Thieves or Ufthak and put 5 Damage on them, Infighting will take out Beastmaster during engagement. Handy.

The further into the deck the locations are buried, the better this deck will work. If all the locations come up early, it's totally overkill. Conversely, a very trim Lore/Leader deck could get hosed on Emyn Muil quest if it goes long.

Have fun!

Fun deck. Worked like a charm the first time. Play #2 a treachery knocked Bilbo out in round two and quickly became location locked.

@ozradio Glad you liked it! Bummer about that treachery. I vaguely recall there are a couple of treacheries which are game breakers on this deck if they get drawn really early. In the later game, given a good mix of allies on the table and in the hand (for reserve) reduces treachery impact a lot.
