This deck is meant to be used in tandem with http://ringsdb.com/decklist/view/6211/campaign-zach-s-trd-1.0 for the campaign scenarios in the Road Darkens.
Use Card draw to try to get Sword that was Broken or Steward of Gondor played early. Steward goes on Boromir from Companion deck. Readying attachments help take advantage of Vilya if you get it down on Elrond. Elrond's highlight within this deck is his passive towards healing. I like to use Aragorn as a defender within this deck with A Burning Brand and Anduril attached.
The deck is fairly standard. Get allies down, play attachments in obvious places, and offer lots of questing support.
