Wandalf the Gizzard 2485
This is the best Rohan deck I could slap together with the Core/SoM card pool. Good opening cards to see are Test of Will, West Road Traveller, threat reduction, and card draw.
Eventually you'll have a bunch of Rohirrim out and plop an astonishing speed for obscene amounts of willpower. Dunhere will be shredding enemies from the staging area, or if you didn't get your threat low, helping Frodo and assorted allies to finish them off. If you need to take down a boss, Eomund is a Grade A second breakfast.
If your playing multiplayer, you may want to sub in Eleanor for Dunhere.
