Not really a dwarf deck as it only has one (Gloin). This is a support/healing deck. Gloin's job is to take as much damage as possible -- and make absurd amounts of money. This can be done with all the HP boosters. Song of Mocking will allow you to take other players undefended damage Then heal up the damage as fast as you apply it with Self Preservation and the other allies. Elrond accelerates the healing as well.
Spend all the excess dough on cards like Gandalf's Search, Grim Resolve, and Stand & Fight. Or simply give it away to Bifur or with Parting Gifts
