This is a deck for optionally engaging enemies that have higher threat cost than your threat. Virtually every bonus these cards have is with that condition. Rosie would definitely be in the deck if FFG would hurry up and reprint The Mountains of Fire already.

@zjensen3 I‘m so sorry that ignore your description,sometimes I'm too lazy to translate it.And I think put the card in sideboard just because not own it is easy to cause misunderstanding.
